- Personal SWOT Analysis
- Understanding your personality
- Get clear on your purpose (evergreen) and vision (10-year big hairy audacious goal)
- Deal with your limiting beliefs and/or trauma
- Managing your needs productively
- Don’t neglect the other aspects of life: health, friends, family, spiritual needs, personal finance, community contribution
Don’t learn everything the hard way
- Self-directed learning — Books, courses, etc
- Peer-learning groups
- Coaches / Consultants
