My Daily Routine (M-F)

This is a pretty typical day. I recently (1/3/21) switched to bison. I’m at 185, still have some fat to get rid of. Once I’m at 165 or so (4-pack), I’ll try to maintain that weight by dropping the 2nd and 3rd workout and going up to 1500 cal/weekday.

0400: wake up, get dressed

0405: Take watch photo for #0445club

0406: Drink C4 Preworkout (300 mg caffeine) + Yohimbine

0407: Do my morning gratitude ritual: I think of 3 things I’m grateful for and 1 person I’m grateful for. I’ll try to email or FB message them 3 things I love about them. I usually pick someone whose birthday is today, based on Facebook.

0410: Leave for gym

0420: Start Low-intensity aerobic cardio

0520: Start Lifting: Use Pyramid — 10rep, 8rep, 6rep on a 3-day cycle: chest/legs/back. Sunday is only cardio

0600: Go Home

0610: Meditate (www.tm.org)

0630: Shower / Get Dressed

0650: Lots of Water and LMNT (awesome electrolytes) — helps with hunger

0700: Hang with Fam

0730: Breakfast 4oz of raw Bison Filet (120 cal) and MUDWTR (40 cal)

0740: Take kids to school, ask them to cite a person, place, and thing they are grateful for and why for each. Also have them recite The Four Agreements
