Love these posts. Will write more later but in short, I’ve noticed for myself my weight loss will stall if I’m in keto but getting too many calories. Yes keto on its own makes it so I didn’t have to count calories to go from obese to normal, but it appears that for me to go from normal to cut I need to make sure to stay under 3000 cal/day. This seems like a lot but when you’re eating all fat & protein the caloric density is very high.
