How my focus determines my reality.

Background

Many of my friends and colleagues are asking me what my thoughts are on the Tony Robbins conference — Unleash the Power Within (UPW) event I went to in November. Some ask with excitement, others with skepticism, and many ask out of curiosity without a bias one way or the other.

In summary, it was amazing. I’ve spent around 1400 hours between August 2016 — November 2018 on a quest to unlock a deeper understanding of myself and the human condition as a whole. This journey has included everything from Biohacking to extensive spiritual reading to deep positive psychology reading to intense physical conditioning. The results have been nothing short of astounding — my outcomes at work, personally, & with family have never been better.

I tell you all this to let you know the following: Ruchi (my wife), attended UPW with me. I’d say in the 50 hours of conference time she learned 80% of what I found in 1400 hours on my own!
